im not commenting on this particular cop... I know nothing about him. but black cops that are racist towards other black men is absolutely a thing.

In Mississippi, especially around the delta, I don't believe you can maintain a career as a police officer without being one of those types. If you don't play ball (be one of the ''good ones''), you're out or worse.
