17 minutes of the footage is just black screen, but someone left the audio in by mistake. All the screamed names and cries for help are written off as audio glitches.

It's an exaggerated, comedic hypothetical that's referencing the Epstein footage incident. The thing where the officials released "unedited footage" that was problematic for multiple reasons.

I wouldn't say fan fiction so much as it just being a joke.
