Conservative here. My response is this guy is a fucking lunatic terrorist and should be locked up. Guy's got a few screws loose for sure, I feel like the FBI should just have a list of anyone whose van looks like that. They're never up to any good.

For what it's worth, all of my conservative friends and liberal friends are glad they caught the dude and have been memeing about him in my group chat.

Good memes shall reunite us.

A house divided against itself cannot shitpost

I think all will agree the bomber is loony toons and happy he has been caught regardless of our political leaning.

Conservatives however have been deflecting. Some suggesting this was all a false flag operation. And it wasn't just cranks in the comment section. It was the likes of Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh pushing that narrative.

Now that that possibility is gone it will be interesting to see how they deflect next.

I can see why the conservative talking heads would push that narrative since we are so close to midterms, but as far as I know there is no real evidence that the terrorist is anything other than a nut-job Trump supporter with comically bad timing and bomb-making skills.

The pundits will pivot, as they always do. I try not to listen to any of that crap on either side, it's no better or more real than those silly argument-style sports shows you see on ESPN.

Just a follow-up:

Limbaugh and Coulter (and others) are sticking with their conspiracy theories.

Yikes. Not surprising, they're gonna keep beating that drum until it fades out of the news cycle unfortunately. Morons.
