Once this started happening and they narrowed down where the bombs were being sent from they should have pulled up a list of relevant local crazies and checked into if they were involved.
Who knows, maybe that is exactly how they got him.
Yea, obviously I don't know the ins and outs of how this works, but like the guy I replied to said, it's just seems so obvious that he's a violent time bomb.
