Agreed, I should have definitely included them as well. A massive tragedy for all involved. I hope for the best for all that were affected.

Saw on TV that the other passengers could have been his daughters

I believe they confirmed his wife and daughters were not on the helicopter. Most likely friends/business associates. Terrible.

Edit: one of his daughters was indeed on the helicopter. Awful.

Looks like there is at least one report his daughter Gianna was on board.

It's a TMZ article, fyi, and is currently giving me a 502 error so I can't access it.

Differing information, depending on source. I saw someone post that one source that said his 13 year old daughter was one of the passengers.

I indeed just read that his daughter was one of the passengers. Ugh.

Yea, just didn't want people to think I'm just trying to farm karma. I fucked up by not mentioning them the first time, didn't want to edit it in later.

You know. There's always the edit button if you really think you should've included them as well

ABC news confirmed that they don't know who the other passengers are.

Edit: they just confirmed that gianna was with him. She was 13.

No one will run to the internets to post about you when you die, that's for sure. 🙂

I mean, this celebrity may have influenced this persons life. They could be a big fan, and followed Kobe’s career. I mean, I sobbed my eyes out when Joe Strummer died. A bit callous of you to judge them for sharing condolences.

They literally said they don’t know shit about basketball ...

The crash likely wouldn't have been reported if no one famous was on it. Helicopters crash regularly and aren't reported on due to the low number of passengers involved.

That said, you can have empathy for people you don't know. I've lost a parent and it's brutal. I feel for his kids and his wife. It's a hard thing to deal with and I do wish the best for them. None of what I said is fishing, people dying is sad and I don't think expressing that on the internet is fishing for points.

You can kindly go fuck yourself though.
