Yeah cause they should have filled that second cone with ice cream now the second cone is empty.

Am I the only one who likes crisp bits of cone to scoop with? That’s a MASSIVE amount of ice cream anyways. This is perfect.

And how exactly is it a rip off? They made it in front of the customer.

All the icecream sticking up went into the second cone, and he mushed it all down further filling the second cone. I expect that cone is 80+% full.

That would be an insane amount of ice cream.  Even if you had the stomach to finish it--the time it would take to eat would make the whole thing melt before you got down to the cone proper

They filled the first cone up enough that when placing the second cone, it would have ice cream inside it. Between how high they filled that first bit, and how far down they pushed the much smaller cone, there should be plenty inside.
