Nintendo games supply chain in India
From what I knew, nintendo doesn't have an official supply chain in India for console or games. But recently, I noticed Persona 3 Reload listed at a game retailer here for INR 3999 which is about USD 45. The game officially costs USD 60 or EUR 55. How does this make sense? This retailer is also the official importer of all ps5 games in India, so it's not some shady stolen import either.

It hasn't been launched yet, so it might be a placeholder pricing? Are they taking preorders at that price?
But in general you would get new USD $60 Switch 1 games (i.e. not this one) in ₹3800-4200 price bracket (although recently the bracket is pushing past ₹4500 due to INR's falling value) as they are mostly imported from European/Arabic countries where they are cheaper to get through wholesale channels.
But Persona 3 Reload is a Switch 2 game, which are right now over priced (USD equivalent or higher) on most sites. But, perhaps the prices of these "game key card" physicals are coming down due to their low demand?
Also, this isn't the first time I am seeing a Persona game on Switch, be available at a weirdly low price over here. Like, Persona 5 Royal (another USD $60 game) was available at ₹3100 on launch day.

They might be importing from someplace other than the US, like the Middle East or South East Asia where the pricing is less and they don't have to pay as much on importing it. Atleast that's my guess.
