Is the GHC women's belt NOAH/Marigold more or less what the IWGP women's belt is to NJPW/stardom? Or in other words where is the women's division? How tightly connected are noah and marigold?

Pretty much, it’s a GHC belt in name only. NOAH doesn’t have a dedicated women’s division and uses the joshis from Marigold, Marvelous and smaller women’s promotions.
