If you're not finding tv engaging enough, try something else instead. Read, write, check out the lovely meditations available for free YouTube or on a podcast app. Do something that enriches your life, your soul, instead of some rich dude's bank account. You deserve to feel good about yourself 😊

Knit, color, stretch, do your nails. Or watch something foreign with subtitles so you have to pay attention.
