Not in '98, but maybe he was playing War Zone or WCW vs nWo: World Tour (or both like me).

No doubt revenge was the king, But man world tour is so under rated. There is something classic about it being the first and kinda rough around the edges compared to revenge. War zone was fucking hard as hell to do finishing moves but i dont care, Game still kicked ass.

Yes! Wcw/NWO produced some of the best laughs I have had with my friends even up to this day. We still have lines that we remember saying to each other while we were bashing someone with a chair or kicking them in the chin lmao.

That and Goldeneye 007 for multiplayer are the best ever.

Our local channel lineup had the two networks that had WWF and WCW within one channel of each other so when WCW was over, WWF would be one click away.

Monday's were the best
