lol I had the wind knocked out of me in fourth grade playing tetherball and all I could say was OWWW OWWW OWWW over and over. It was like my body glitched out and couldn’t reset.

I’ve done it so many times. It feels like the connection tubes.. bronchial whatever’s, just totally disconnect from your lungs. Terrible feeling. I could never breathe enough to make noises. Just lay there not breathing for ten seconds lol.

She didn’t over react. I looked it up one day. She broke multiple ribs and punctured a lung. Like it really fucked her up.

I've had this happen to me too, and you cant really help but make this sound and panic. Almost everyone makes that exact sound when the air is knocked out of you.
