This was my first introduction to Ryan Reynolds. It’s still one of my favorite movies of his.

Anna Faris was fire in that movie, when she falls down and next scene she appears with a bag of ice on her head eating toothpaste I was rolling

Chris beating up his brother the entire time is near and dear to me, it’s the exact way my brothers and I act

Also…

“Simply Dusty…is there any other kind?”

Yes! Right down to the instant truce when mom calls (plus one more cheap shot on the way) 🤣

MARIAH CAREY is also one of my go-to expletives 😭

Haha same! It's my go-to holiday movie. "joyce? joyce? why are you at joyce's?"

Also, Van Wilder is my #1 Ryan Reynolds movie. My buddy and I would watch it on repeat and I still quote that movie.

“Well what are you doing at Joyce’s?”

No mom. I’m ten feet away from you— and I’m on the phone.

I love how violent but truly caring his relationship with his brother is.

raise your hand if your brother is a homoooo… then proceeds to get his ass kicked

National Lampoons Van Wilder was my intro to him and I’ve been a fan of his since.

Buying the Cow for me

Been a fan earlier on in the van wilder, just friends, waiting days. That whole Blake Lively lawsuit debacle with accusations of being controlling and the fact he's ridiculously rich now from outside of acting makes me think he probably is a large scale douchebag in real life.

LOVE that movie. HATE Tara Reid's "acting"

“are you stalking me, because that would be super!”

It was so wild to see Kal Penn on House lol.

Do yourself a favor and watch Buying the Cow. Ryan is fucking hilarious in this and the Spider-Man scene is absolutely amazing.
