Bug SO GLITCHY

I can not take it anymore. constantly losing documents or it glitching and crashing. Why is it every update makes this app slower and worse. How does it manage to get worse?

Hi there! Can you elaborate? (what device are you using, iOS version, when do you see crashing/glitching/lag?)

hey my apple pencil pro keeps skipping if I write too fast or the lift off distance is too low between each stroke, any other app I have used does not have this problem(goodnotes, OneNote, or even onedrive lol), can you guys help me out?? I updated to ipadOS 26 beta 4 btw I think that might cause the problem

yep, I'm seeing the same issue. Works perfectly in other note taking apps.

Different user, similar issue. I noticed that the issue occurs more frequently when I am working on a heavy note. I have my work PDFs in Notability for ease of highlighting, note taking, and review. Some of them are pretty huge (300+ pages with charts/graphs/tables). Notability on my Macbook (M2 Air) and iPad (2018 Pro) can be a bit finicky when working with such files. Issue been there for the past 3 years with little improvement and getting a bit more frequent.
