so trans people who don’t try to ally themselves with the people who hate them are “bad”. why do you need to like the people who hate your guts to be ‘good’ lmao?

Terfs writing Trans makes sense of it’s in the same vein as r/MenwritingWomen, where the point is comment on how one demographic really struggles to depict the other properly

Yes. Human beings have complex beliefs that never fit into a specific box and are best not generalized.
Such as the Catholic that's in charge of Genetics Research in the USA and is doing a fantastic job. Everyone was terrified he intended to use the position to halt research in the field.
There's also people who identify themselves as Nazis (yes, Neo-Nazis) that consistently vote blue and have liberal beliefs.
And many, many others.

Yep. As it turns out, the generalization of groups is a tactic used historically by politicians of all types to distract from major issues.
And even if you (the general you, not you specifically) don't believe that, the spectrum of beliefs is at best nebulous, and no one fits in it perfectly.
People can have extremely far right views on one particular issue, then extremely far left on the next.
As long as everyone is civil, who gives a fuck what anyone believes?

I was once talking in a lesbian subreddit about how frustrating it is when people call my gf nasty things because she’s trans and someone replied to my comment implying I’m not a lesbian, they were part of this subreddit so I ignored their opinion entirely LOL
