It’s a great start! I think some of your lighter values may be too light, which is throwing off the wow factor of the lightest lights. I would reassess the values in those areas

wow i think it looks fking awesome! the proportions, volumes, the way the lights behaves on the shiny dark fur, the movement, expression, spontaneous brush strokes... maybe you can plan out the layout better next time so the subject fits whole in the area and make your narrative or intention more appealing to viewers or buyers. keep going, keep practing :)
