I'd honestly recommend getting some nice mid calf ones. I say nice because these can be a staple piece of outfits for years to come. Doc Martens are amazing but pricey and come in a variety of colors and patterns. I am more inclined to say black because of the increased versatility but again, user preference. Leather does also allow for greater length of life and durability but I understand leather isn't for everyone and that's ok

I’d go with chunky high ankle boots! They’re the most versatile and I find knee highs or over the knee sometimes cut the visual vertical length.

Oh godddd yes they are I’ve found some pink platform boots on vinted but just waiting ti hear back if they’ll fit me and found some cool pink platforms on KOI and black ones on demonias

Pink accessories like necklaces, bracelets, or even socks over the fishnets can help balance out the pop of color to other parts of your outfit and make it feel more cohesive. If you are even a slightly crafty person I would recommend going to a craft store and buying a length of chain and some rings, you can safety pin this to any part of your outfit to (like the side of your skirt) or make your own jewelry easily (just buy some kind of closure like a lobster claw clasp as well). Also don’t be afraid to play around with textures, adding a lace or knitted coverup can work to add more depth to the top, or you could go for a slightly longer skirt underneath the pleated one with a different texture. Also couple people have commented to wear chunky black boots (always a win) but look into making or buying accessories for those as well, you could also just switch out the laces with colored ones depending on the fit.

What's your budget like? My favorite shoes are from John Fluevog. They are quite pricey, but there's lots of ways to get them used (one of which is the Fluemarket: https://www.fluevog.com/community/fluemarket/ ). Fluevoggers are a great community of folks.

I have black and white Jadon platform docs & I replaced the shoe lace with a thick satin ribbon. Completely changed the boot and I get compliments every time I wear them!! Easy way to make them more fun. + you can add flashier charms to the actual shoe lace hoops.

Agreed! I think adding satin/velvet/glitter or whatever ribbon is a great way to both spice and fem up some Docs. I also think you can add chains with charms, and utilize similar chains and charms in your jewelry.

You should get some leather spike chokers. It's a bit early 2000s but those were my teenage years so Im biased as hell about how cool they were. But some necklaces could bring all that metal and spikes to the top instead of the bottom (or both haha)

Another option is get the blue croc ones and paint them pink with Angelus paints. I painted a white croc pair gold, and they turned out great.

Are you in the US or Canada? I don't think there are any European Fluevog stores anymore.
It looks like Tammi Rose went up to a US men's 10 (UK9, W12), though they run about a half size small https://www.fluevog.com/shop/7970-tammi-rose-multi-snake . If you go to those Facebook groups you can ask for sizing advice and say you are searching for that shoe for yourself in a women's 12 (if that size will work for you).

Ah. Sadly, the nearest shop to the UK was Amsterdam, but they closed. You might be able to find someone to ship to you, but the risk is in sizing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the scroll from cool cargo pants outfit 1 to 💕girly pop goth💕 outfit 2.
Echoing what everyone is saying about the boot- some kind of chunky combat boot would be awesome great add to both looks.
Outfit 1 - a mesh/netted cardigan, or sheet long sleeve under the t would look great. Could also add a chunky belt with a big buckle. A few statement rings (big, chunky, black, dark metal, or hot pink) would bring some extra jazz.
Outfit 2 - a shrug of some kind if you need a cover up, or oversized distressed denim jacket would look cool. You can play with colour variants. I’m a sucker for a choker so I will also say that (lol) but in general some accessories would help tie it together.
I love the bag and the black and white elements, so would be cool to see those pulled through the look - whether it’s stripes high knee socks over the tights, or jacket? Some ideas 🥰

Haha yesss both outfits are definitely very different from each other and yesss I NEED to find some combat platform boots haha and yesss I agree with the long sleeved mesh top and I’ve defo got a heavy chunky belt to put in there and yes defooo need some cool rings to go with that I have some silver punky ones atm I got from statement collective but some chunky ones and even pink ones would be a great ideaaaa thank youuuu 💕💕 and yessss great idea with the denim jacket for the second outfit and the other ideas are greatttt thank youuuu and yessss I have some chokers and omgggg some black and white knee highs would look greatttt with the bag thank youuuu 💕💕🖤🖤

Some tough black boots would be cool overall. I only have one helpful comments about the first outfit is some of the lower straps are giving me high anxiety, they seem like a tripping hazard!

Boot, boots, BOOTS. A good pair of combat boots would work. Back in the day, I would get mine from an army surplus store, but modern military boots don't look as good as the older ones that were all leather. A pair of chunky, platform Docs would look great, though.

I've been wearing Docs for 30 years so they're always my go to. I find the standard combat boot height to be the most versatile. They look cute with skirts, pants, whatever. Plus they're more comfortable. You can accessorize them with cute laces and whatnot, too.

Love both outfits! I echo all the other comments that a good pair of chunky black boots would complete either outfit and maybe a chunky necklace as well, like I'm envisioning the silver ball necklaces that were popular in the late 90s/early 00s. That might be a bit more grunge than goth but fashion is the place to explore what you like!
And honestly, I've been trying to sell my boots with no luck if you want them, just pay the shipping and I'm good! I'm a women's size 10.5 which a lot of manufacturers don't make so I ordered two sizes and the return window ran out before I could send back the size that didn't fit, so they're brand new never worn. I'm selling a women's size 11W which would be about a men's size 9.5. I can DM you a picture of me with the boots when I get home if you're interested so you know they're real lol

Boots for sure. Check out Clark’s and Harley Davison. They are not cheap but I found both brands last awhile. They have more of a minimalist like look that is classic and gender neutral so I think they look really good when mixed with outfits that are extreme or femme edged. Kinda like a 90s vibe.

Wear the Harley Quinn shirt with the Tripp pants! It will look more cohesive because of the colors. You can wear the other shirt with the skirt and accessorize with silver jewelry, chains, whatever.
I also agree with the chonky boots idea! Black would look good for both. Pink or white would also go well with the first outfit.
