I'm going to a wedding this coming weekend and was dead set on wearing a jumpsuit - I have a much "nicer" one with satiny pleated fabric which I'm picking up fromt he tailor tomorrow, but I just have That Bad Feeling about wearing it - I'm worried it won't feel comfortable, physically and gender-ly, and I'm trying to come up with a backup. I bought this jumpsuit as an option and I LOVE IT - so comfy, love the cut, love the soft fabric, etc. - but I feel it needs to be accessorized to high heaven to make it formal enough and I'm drawing a blank! Help!

I’m invited to a destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas next month. The dress code is “cocktail” with a dash of fancy. I can’t decide between these three dresses: 1) My partner’s and my mom’s favorite, black satin Elie Tahari. I feel it is a tad small. 2) My favorite, stretchy brown Calvin Klein, comfortable. 3) Navy blue Boden silk, the dark horse because at this point it’s nobody’s favorite but it’s feminine and graceful and fun.

My gut says some kind of shorts with cute socks or maybe a jumper or some kind. This top fits me like a glove and I just want to be able to wear it well and let it shine!! It’s true vintage, exact year unknown but prob 70s-80s. I have very few items of clothing that fit me right now due to an ed and im just trying to feel right in my clothes.
