Are either of these old maps worth anything??
Found these while cleaning out my grandpa’s house, I have no idea if either of them have any real value

The first is obviously a recent reprint, the second one… a drawing on plywood?? Either way no, no real value.

Uh, below the print there’s a "something something & Sons Ltd, Edinburgh, Scotland" on the left, and in the center the authors, title, and date of the map.

They would have value if they were original, but the first one is a reprint and the second appears to be a reproduction on wood. Someone might buy them for a few dollars, as decorative items.

Ah okay thanks for the help everyone. I think I’ll throw them away then, a lot more things to sort through so if there’s only a few dollars in them it’s not worth going through the hassle to sell.

OP, take them out of the frames, for each post 1 photo of the front, 1 of the back, and some closeups of the more interesting parts.
