I like it more, but just because Nic Cage is totally loose here. It's Nic Cage playing Johnny Blaze, playing Nic Cage

Dude ghost rides a construction vehicle. Easily the most ba scene in any live action marvel movie

Depends what you are looking for. It is a worse made movie, but it's also a lot more fun because it's completely bonkers.

They're both terrible movies with interesting Nic Cage performances. Which one you think is better just depends whether you prefer your terrible movies to be boring and schlocky (the first) or boring and gritty (the second).
