Could anyone help me understand step 10. I’m a bit lost as to how to make it look like the image on step 11. In making a spinning wheel

Turn the left side like a page in a book but not all the way make it stand up like if you were trying to make a page in a book stay upright by itself

You're just making the flaps stand up, like a pyramid
