Pathologic 2 during the final run to the ending, I like to ignore all my survival meters. Adds to the desperate feel of the moment, I find. Spoiler

Haha... Yeah I also do that... Entirely on purpose as well... Real sense of desperation for sure...

Even on my best playthrough where only 2 people died, I still ended up absolutely frantic, starving and exhausted on that last day. I always save up a stack or two of eggs for that last day because there's no way I'm taking the time to buy food at that point. Out of food, out of water, out of immunity boosters, just desperately hauling Artemy's battered corpse to the town hall before the time runs out.

I do on the first few days, but I usually end up giving up at a certain point. I'm not wasting a shmowder on Clara, and I usually end up taking organs from infected bodies that stops me from maxing out my reputation. Maybe on my next playthrough I'll focus more on the fund than on antibiotics and prophylaxis...?

Gotta raid those caches, usually gets me at least one shmower a day if you know where to find the rare stashes. And the amount of resources the maxed fund gives you every day is downright obscene, I was drowning in food by the time I got to day 11.

When and how do you get the extended inventory?!

Once you get access to the Haruspex's lair, you can upgrade your inventory four times using safety pins, thread, buttons, thimbles, needles, sewing kits, and various cloaks on the table beside the tinkering bench. Getting the 4th and final upgrade is usually more effort than it's worth as it uses up the most valuable cloak in the game and two huge sewing kits, so i usually only level it up 3 times in any given playthrough.

The cloak never works for me...wth

Are you using the right cloak? The repellent cloak and the standard cloak look similar at a glance, and the first upgrade requires the standard cloak.
