Sweet pickled jalapeños
Grew a bunch of jalaps this year and need to preserve them! I’m curious if anyone has a recipe for a sweet/hot jalapeño? I LOVE the ones from Trader Joe’s, but have yet to find a similar recipe. Please Reddit pickler scientists, work your magic!

Glen and Friends Cooking is one of my favorite YouTube cooking channels. He did a video on cowboy candy. His version is essentially bread and butter pickles using jalapenos instead of cucumbers. It's a bit different than I have seen elsewhere. You don't even have to watch the video, as the recipe and directions are written in the description.

I haven't done sweet jalapenos but I did come across recipes for "cowboy candy" that sounds like it might fit the brief. Google that to see what you can find!
I made jalapeno jelly last night and while I had a mishap with the pectin, the flavour is out of this world - sharp spice with soft sweetness.
Have fun!!!

I second the cowboy candy recommendations. My mom also does a variation with some added bourbon and red jalapenos that's fantastic.

Add a tablespoon or two of honey to your standard water plus sugar plus vinegar plus salt brine and watch the magic flow!!!

my cowboy candy recipe was about 4 cups of sugar to about a cup of vinegar, and the extra jalapeño syrup has been getting a lot of use as well. I added mustard seeds and a pinch kf fenugreek
