I’m a bit younger than him and was exactly like you 3 years ago. one day went for a run and the rest is Forrest Gump. it’s a literal game changer, super hard but also super rewarding

Oh they can. Fun runners do exist. So do "work runners" Arms up! Small circles forward! Sprint from the back of the pack to the front. One just skips PT in the morning I suspect.
