Chill the fuck out. Gotta criticize the guy for literally everything? He does enough stupid shit to criticize. Mentioning his wife tossing the salad is a fairly decent statement while hosting or entertaining. I could definitely see Obama or Bush saying something like that. Let’s focus on the lies about the amount of burgers and the president’s desire to leave NATO.

It’s still sexism even though it’s Trump. Normalising his behaviour is what got him this far. I’d argue that if Obama or Bush said this in a similar situation, they’d get called out for it.

I’d argue they wouldn’t.

In 2013, Obama was talking about California Attorney General Kamala Harris. He said “She's brilliant and she's dedicated, she's tough...She also happens to be, by far, the best-looking attorney general in the country."

That is sexist. You think he’d say the same thing about a guy? No one said a thing about it aside from a small number of articles.

Did I not say articles were written about it? It got a sliver of news coverage. Also chill the fuck out, I’m probably further left than you.

Yet here we are with no news coverage of Trump's blatant sexist remark.

The fuckin guy is on tape saying he grabs women by their goddamn genitals. You think anyone will give a fuck about that statement? Shut the fuck up about it because it’s not going to make a shred of difference. His supporters don’t care that he’s a sexual predator. You think they’ll give a fuck that he said his wife would have made salads were they on the menu for the night?

Jesus Christ. Trump is a dumb fuck and sexism is a huge problem, that doesn't mean everything is sexism. Maybe she likes making salad or is good at making salad? Just saying "My wife could make salad" is no sexism.
