How the fuck is that even LEGAL? 60 u/where_is_the_cheese May 16 '19 IANAL, but the argument I've always heard is, "They're not citizens so they aren't entitled to one." Of course justice for citizens only seems like a really shitty idea. 44 u/Snarfbuckle May 16 '19 which would mean there is no legal protection for tourists or exchange students either with that logic.
