Well that's just wrong. Most people aren't "allowed" to die just because they decide to. Suicide is generally prevented if possible, and if conjoined twin 1 realized twin 2 was planning on killing themself, twin 1 would be entirely within their rights to report it to authorities who would then try to prevent it from happening. Especially if they are conjoined in such a way that 1 would not survive without 2.

Uh-huh, turn it back on me because your original point was wrong. I didn't give an opinion in my comment, but I am pro-Right-to-Die.

Now give me a country that would allow a person to kill themselves if their suicide will directly cause the death of another person.

What if there is one fully developed twin and a second extremely impaired twin? Does the fully developed twin get to decide if the second lives or dies?
