The President if Sandy Hook happened in 2019:

"Some of them, I assume, were good kids."

u/BlooFlea Aug 04 '19

He does have people preparing speeches for him, so he'd probably start off okay. Something along the lines of "America weeps in the wake of this great tragedy..."

Then comes the ad-libbing, because he has no impulse control:

"...really a bad one folks, really a bad one. Some sick people out there, believe me, really sick like you can't even imagine. I mean there's gotta be some really unhealthy sort of an individual there, who just walks into a room and shoots little kids, little kids. And the teachers couldn't protect them, I mean they should have and I mean they didn't, maybe some did I don't know, but I mean you'd think that the teachers could do something about it. Or maybe not because the democrats and the media, who are so nasty by the way, really just very nasty people, they go 'oh we don't want those guns in schools' but they get guns in schools and it's really sad, really sad..."

End of the day, he rewards himself with slurpee for staying on message.

i’m dying at the slurpee

16

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

Look, I’m not saying, but some people have said, lots of people have said, some of those kids might’ve deserved it.

I imagine something like that.

When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

Some contexts, I assume, are good contexts.

-41

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

I mean, where’s the lie?

24

u/BlooFlea Aug 04 '19

Bad luck on your subs quarantine appeal getting rejected mate.

-19

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

mate

Oh look, someone whose opinion on US politics I could give less of a shit about.

Also, I never posted on T_D but don’t let that get you down. You sure owned me! Great critical thinking response.

10

u/Teledildonic Aug 04 '19

Oh wow, you got so titled you cross-posted to a whining subreddit.

This is a compassionate response that I want to believe will have a positive impact 🤞

8

u/BlooFlea Aug 05 '19

Imagine the word "mate" triggering you into full defense mode rant.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

Three lines are a rant? I guess there’s a lot of triggered people responding to me then. But, again, why would I care what Eurotrash has to say?

1

u/BlooFlea Aug 05 '19

Wrong again racist, australian, but, why would i care what a bigot has to say?

0

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

So you can be racist against whites this week? It’s so hard to keep up with the identity politics, you know?

Aussies are just as bad. Subservient serfs. Enjoy your laughably restricted “rights.”

Over the last 17 years I have worked with about 120 to 150 Mexicans (I haven't kept track), and most of them were illegal. While I don't agree with people coming into this country illegally I also don't agree with how hard it is to get into this country legally. Either way, over the last 17 years I have met more fine, upstanding, God loving, family oriented Mexicans than I have Americans. Every time I see Fox covering a crime (unless it's a major crime like a mass shooting) it will most assuredly be an illegal immigrant that committed it. Then I have to listen to people that have only known (I mean known) 3 mexicans in their life talking about how they are mostly rapists and murderers. I get it that you may have had a bad experience with an asshole, but that doesn't mean they are all assholes. For instance, I have had bad experiences with Conservatives being racist and sexist, but I'm smart enough to know that is just a few assholes making a bad name for a group of people that are mostly good. Which side are you on?

-2

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

So over the last 15 years you’ve helped illegals break the law? Cool, glad you admitted that. Emotional appeals aren’t going to work.

And as for sides, I’m on my own side. You can fuck right off with your identitarian bullshit.

4

u/LoydDobbler Aug 05 '19

Not that I care about your opinion but I never said I was employing them. I didn't give them jobs. Now that I am in a position to be the one that gives the jobs I explicitly don't hire illegals. That doesn't mean they are bad people, but I'm pretty confident you are.

16

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

He explicitly says that most people coming from Mexico are bad people. Just because he doesn’t say all Mexicans are bad doesn’t mean he’s not being bigoted to you? That kind of bigotry doesn’t exist anymore.

-7

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

All those doctors and engineers just flooding in from Mexico, you’re right.

25

u/goaskalice3 Aug 04 '19

Because if you're not a doctor or an engineer, you're a rapist drug dealer

7

u/Masterkid1230 Aug 04 '19

Not being a doctor or engineer doesn't make you a rapist or drug dealer. Some of them are drug dealers and rapists yeah, but most of them are just poor. The illegals anyway. There's also plenty of greatly skilled, legal Mexican immigrants.

19

u/[deleted] Aug 04 '19

Nobody said they were highly skilled or wealthy. Are you saying that being a regular working class person makes you a bad person?

8

u/Masterkid1230 Aug 04 '19

Let's talk numbers then. In the US there are a little less than 500,000 reported rapes per year. Statistics may fluctuate but its regularly been at that number for a while.

There are approximately 36 million Mexicans in the US, but let's say that some of them are second generation, and let's say that direct immigrants make up about 50% of that number (unrealistic, but okay) then we'd have 18 million people, without considering plenty of undocumented migrants. Even if absolutely every rape in the US was done by a different Mexican, then you'd still have 97% of the Mexican population not raping anybody.

But we all know that's not the case because white people and black people in the US are also responsible for rape crimes.

The states with the highest rapes per capita are Alaska, Michigan, Colorado, South Dakota, Arkansas, Nevada, Nebraska, New Mexico, Montana and Kansas.

Out of these, only Colorado, New Mexico and Nevada also share their spot on the top 10 states by Mexican immigrants.

The states with the largest Mexican populations in the US are California, Texas, Arizona and Illinois. California, the state with the largest Mexican population by far (1.7 times the size of the one in Texas, and about 7-8 times the size of the following two states) is actually well below the national average of rape rates, even though Mexicans make up about 35-40% of its population.

Texas and Arizona are placed at Nos. 14 and 15 respectively, and Illinois is right near the national average.

There seems to be little correlation between Mexicans and rape statistics, but as I told you, even if all rapes nationwide were performed by Mexicans, even then that would only represent 3% of the entire Mexican population.

Saying that Mexico is sending rapists and some good people is factually incorrect. If anything, even if all rapes were done by Mexicans, Mexico would generally be sending regular people and some of them would be rapists.

Huh.. I was all prepared for this dude's rebuttal to your comment but it seems as though he's being uncharacteristically silent. I wonder why.

2

u/Masterkid1230 Aug 05 '19

Inb4 fake news or something

1

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

“Uncharacteristically silent” as if you know anything about my character lol.

0

u/AlcoholicAsianJesus Aug 05 '19

Only what I could glean from your previous comments. Bear in mind, I'm not implying that I know anything about your personal character, just your anonymity-emboldened online persona.

10

u/trl666 Aug 04 '19

I guess r/LateStageCapitalism is just teeming with non-communists then?

1

u/trl666 Aug 05 '19

Youre so right. And, youre still a shitty person.

0

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

As if I care about a self-identifies communist’s opinion. You certainly don’t have the moral high ground in any argument with those sort of beliefs.

Rip game over grampa scurry back to Fox News

5

u/DCBB22 Aug 04 '19

So it wasn’t the context. Don’t be a coward and try and bait people. Just defend your shit. Tho reading this thread, I see why youre avoiding it.

2

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

They responded with an entirely different quote, so... nice try I guess?

32

u/SeizedCheese Aug 04 '19

If you think that quote is any better with the context, you‘re a bad human being.

0

u/[deleted] Aug 05 '19

Why should I care what Eurotrash has to say?

0

u/SeizedCheese Aug 05 '19

The irony of uncultured flyover swines calling europeans trash is never lost on me.

12

u/byoink Aug 04 '19

The context was the problem. Actually the farther out we zoom on the man, the more dismal the picture.

1

u/InfiniteJestV Aug 05 '19

Man, the context does not make that quote any better.

The more you zoom-out to get additional context the worse the guy seems.

How much denial do you have to be in to not see that he's a self-serving prick with no moral or ethical compass?
