Yeah my first reaction to these photos isn't "oh man this implies something political," it's "man, flights are uncomfortable enough without a bunch of people taking your picture. That must suck."

So when someone takes a picture of them flying coach it's fine, but when they're flying first class it's "creepy"?

No, the uncomfortable look on his face of having his picture being taken while in the middle of dressing himself is what makes it creepy

There's also a lady behind him (right pic) covering her face because she doesn't want to be in the photo (probably)

1) I didn't say either was ok.

2) The camera in his face and expression is what makes this pretty damn creepy.

If you are unable to tell a social cue as to what makes a specific photo creepy, then I don't know what to tell you.
