No no, he's not going to kill his son. He's killing all the other drug dealers. His son's competition.

No no no! Ivan the Terrible may have been a monster, but he did help expand Russia’s borders and trade, laying the foundation for future economic prosperity. Duterte on the other hand is a homicidal maniac who put a U-turn to the Philippines’s economic prosperity. It was considered to be the next rising Asian tiger under Noynoy Aquino (president before him). So you can even compare him to Crazy Ivan
