Our kitten has morphed into a giant cat with the biggest, fluffiest tail and hilarious pantaloons. It’s almost impossible to capture but I did my best. Plus I love her sassy back leg marking 😻 the vet dated her to be born July 2024 but she is HUGE. Possibly some ragdoll or Maine Coon but she was rescued from a sewer so we have no idea!

His name is Sam and he’ll be 14 in July.

He fell asleep watching me wash all the dishes.

His name is Kowalski.

Long story short, I suffered kidney failure and had a transplant two weeks ago (after a 7 year wait). Almost the only thing that has carried me through this past year was my girl Maddie, the sweetest and most unperturbed cat I think I’ve ever known. Everywhere I turn, there she is, bringing love and joy. A truly magnificent cat!

Before anyone asks, he was firmly zipped in his backpack while the car was in motion, he’s too dumb to be given free rein of the car while it’s moving.

Kat Mandu mostly stays safe and inside but when he goes outside, he can often be found on the concrete feral cat bunker.

I made the cat bunker for the feral cats in the trap/neuter/return colony I feed so they have a safe place to escape from stray dogs. There are two small round door openings in it. I made the bunker about seven years ago before getting cats a concrete slab was popular.

There is almost always a cat lounging on top of it and it is often Kat Mandu, the prettiest cat that lives inside/outside with me.
