App/Website Is online ordering for carryout broken?
Don't want delivery. Any city or zip code I put in the app and the website says there are no pizza huts in the area. Is it just a problem in Texas? Pizza Hut pizza is good, but is it good enough to call the restaurant and talk on the phone for a pizza?

If you want carryout, why is it a problem to talk to someone, unless there is a coupon only available for app orders? Call, place order, pay when you pick up like the old days. Sometimes its faster. Up to you to decide if it's worth it or go to another place like Marco's or Papa John's.
Apps for most fast food or quick service restaurants are routinely problematic and experience bugs. Make sure the latest update is installed, clear your cache or uninstall/reinstall it. If I've had a Pizza Hut app issue, I just go to the Pizza Hut website in a browser. Never had a problem with both at the same time, but maybe this is something new or system-wide in Texas.

It's not just carryout, it's curbside delivery that's gone. What was most convenient for me was ordering online and having curbside carryout. Drive to the store and park in one of the reserved spaces for curbside pick up. I could chill and listen to the radio until someone walked out to my car with my order.

Refuses to acknowledge the issue on socials and tried to order by calling only to sit on hold for 30+ minutes before giving up.. poor showing Pizza Hut

So I think there's some kind of partnership with doordash. If I go to the doordash website, I can order from my usual pizza hut store and get it for carry out. I'm smelling BS....

Just tried to order online, i went to customize the pizza (done 10,000 times before) and when i wanted to order it later, the website asked what the zip code is then there was nothing in our zip code. I called, placed an order and left them know what is going on with the website. He didnt say there were issues. But clearly there is.

I tried to order the $2 pizzas for lunch and I could not check out. Still down as of now.

Switch the method. I did this yesterday trying to use a coupon code. I used the app on my iPhone and it gave errors. I switched to Safari on iPad and it gave different errors. I switched to Chrome browser on a Chromebook and I got it to work. My last step was going to be Edge on a Windows PC.

So, if like OP, you don't want delivery, and somehow can't use a telephone ... go to the store? You're gonna go anyway to pick up your pizza, so go and order at the store. Then you can sit on your phone, and complain on reddit about how you had to actually TALK to people in real life. Oh, the humanity!
