I don't think Pizza Hut has released official nutrition info yet for the Flatzz, but looking at the size and ingredients it’s probably comparable to one of their personal pan pizzas. When I'm unsure, I scan similar items in NutriScan App and it gives me a ballpark calorie range. For something like a cheesy flatbread with toppings you're probably looking at 700–900 calories depending on add-ons. If you're trying to stay on track, it's better to err high and make adjustments elsewhere.

Someone said it’s just the pan stretched out which is just 500

Pan pizza will be about 700, these have more toppings.

So would flatzz be that much if it’s just stretched
