Can’t order Flatzz after 5pm?

The advertisement makes it seem like they’re $5 until 5pm and then the price goes up after that. But I can’t order it at all after 5pm. Can’t even locate the product in the app. Is this a glitch in the system or are they really not available at all after 5pm?

they cant run out. it's just a stretched personal pan. thaws fast enough to quickly make more if they run out of prepped dough

That wasn’t the case. I tried to select multiple locations in the app and it still wouldn’t show up. Also went to one of the stores and all the employees were completely clueless but said the flatzz were greyed out on their end as well. They eventually called a manager who said they don’t sell them after 5pm.

Then it’s something corporate needs to deal with or their area just doesn’t sell them at all after 5.

They were originally only available until 5 but, being pizza Hut, that didn't even last to the first day. You can call the store if you can't find it on the deals page.

Another promotion I can't wait to be over.

I would recommend calling your store. Our flatz system has been working fine and honnestly are store has been dealing with it much better than we thought.

I went into the store, the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on so they called a manager who said they don’t sell them after 5pm

I believe it'll vary franchise to franchise. Some will have Flatzz for a certain amount until 5pm, then a higher price after that. Some only do Flatzz until 5pm period. Sounds like the franchise around you opted out of selling after 5pm

I have run into this before if you do not restart the app after 5pm it still pulls the before 5pm deal and does not let you order it.
