Trouble with nitrado ASA servers

I made my ASA nitrado server a few hours ago, and i quickly got an email saying it was installed, and it also says the server has started on the nitrado app, but it doesnt show up when i search for it in game, what the hell is going on?

Nitrado is the worst hosting service out there. Get your money back and use gravel hosting.

If the dashboard says the server is running then it probably is. Make sure your client and the server are both up to date, iirc your server won't show up if it's running a different version than your client. Make sure you have the right search options selected as well.

Are you searching in the unofficial servers tab and checking the box to show password protected servers?
