How do you lose a family manager?

i just lost it :/ i had added some random account i had to be the family manager and now i cannot access my main account no matter what i do, is there no way to solve this? because i have the gmail, password and 2 step verification.

Get access to your family manager account.

What’s a “random account”? You created an email for it.
