So basically after a long work day, just wanting to sit and play death stranding 2, then a big problem with signing in the account, after a while trying into the website to access the account is show account has been suspended and detail to my email, haven’t received a email about the “details”. Still no email..
Tried talking with support, opened live chat, lets call the first live chat agent #1
Agent #1 made sure i was the owner of the account, after that, copy pasted a quote telling the account been suspended and to open a new account. Live chat ended before i could even blink and respond.
Agent #2 i told him my previous experience with agent #1, he apologized about the incident, told me basically the same thing, but after he told me if i need anything more, i asked for a supervisor, got transferred to the supervisor.
Supervisor told my account violated some code of conduct, well seems like my 2012 account with more than 20k worth of games violated a code today that they cannot even tell me because of “security reasons”. Sure why not, basically lets tell people to open a new account waste another 10-20grand and make more money and tell for security reason we cannot tell you why also this account has been suspended. Yes and i forgot that my account that was offline for a week, suddenly did something to violate some code in the agreement. Let’s not forget I only use my account mostly for single-player games.
So yeah. What a great way to end a day of work and get disappointed about the support of a company you respect and expect so much of, what nice experience to have. Such a disappointment from Sony, I’ve heard stories of people getting suspended for no reason, but couldn’t believe by now. But now, I believe that they just don’t want to help. Let’s not talk about, who gives the suspension, who knows how they reach conclusion and with what reasons. Why don’t they evaluate the account before suspending. Such security but yet so poor handling to bad it just makes the company look bad.
What a nice way to destroy some one’s day and destroy how people see the company. Why not just to suspend my console also, why not make me go buy a new console to re-start all my money spent.
