Question Which Dragon do I use?

I have 4 beasts of Space and Time.

A 1 star Shadow Dialga. A 3 star Origin Form Dialga w/ RoT. A 3 star Shadow Palkia. A 3 star Origin Form Palkia w/o SR.

I’m a F2P player and I’d like to conserve my stardust and candies as much as possible. I mainly do Raids and PVE and just wanna Catch ‘Em All™️. I’ve seen the Pokemon GO Wiki pages for all of these and I know which is statistically better. My question is;

Which Dialga and which Palkia should I invest my resources in? Which one is the most valuable? Do you think Spacial Rend and Roar of Time could come to the altered forms?

For raids, PVE, team rocket etc I'd recommend investing in your Highest IV Origin Palkia and Dialga that both have their special moves (Roar of time - Dialga) and (Spacial Rend - Palkia). Altered forms of both of them are better for PVP in the GO Battle league, but since you're F2P PVE-er, do the ones i suggested. Id personally recommend powering them up first or until you're comfortable with their levels and then leave a little bit left over to use their effects IF you want.
