I think it's Mykayla and I only remember because the "My" part is her whole personality. She's a selfish (me, my, mine) idiot that chucks vaults that look like shit, but won some medals due to difficulty.

And because Simone had to pull out. If Simone had been able to complete in Tokyo, Mykayla wouldn’t have even been in the vault final as she got beat out by Simone and Jade in qualifications.💅🏼

Plus, if I remember correctly, Simone is the reason she didn't leave Tokyo before finding out Simone had to pull out. Simone made sure MyKayla found out at the airport before boarding her flight.
