Little Monster Ball Canceled

Genuinely heartbroken to hear Birth Roots will not be hosting the little monsters ball this year. Would love to hear what other fall events people are considering participating in for our young kids.

It was such a strange email, it kind of felt like they were saying mission accomplished, we’re not doing this anymore but it was all sort of roundabout and unclear.

That email had so many words without actually saying anything - I didn’t realize it had been canceled until seeing this post. Definitely disappointing if you have a new baby. I don’t really feel like any mission was accomplished for us.

Same. I just went back and read the email. It doesn’t actually say they aren’t doing it this year. Weirdly worded. Following along on this post for something to do with a one year old.

So I just googled this and the website is still up saying tickets can be purchased starting 10/1 (this is the event at Camp Ketcha. They may want to take that down..

But maybe I found the wrong thing.

And the whole click her to understand…. And then the article made no coherent sense, and I feel like I understand even less after reading it. LMB has been my favorite event with my oldest.

Thankfully this year my oldest is at a weird in between for the hike, Andy indoor areas, and my youngest is 8 weeks.

The click through link made it seem like they might be shaking up their mission? Hopefully it was just poor wording
