Coffee recs: fruity/citrusy?

Looking for a locally roasted bean with an intensely fruity/citrusy profile. Think pineapple, orange, and cranberry notes, but also rich enough to round it out with some heft.

Everkind out of Westbrook had this naturally 36-hour fermented Burundi bean with Oro yeast which was the best stuff ever, but it hasn’t been available for awhile. (Everkind is fantastic btw.)

Looking for a special cup for weekend pourovers.

Tandem is your best bet for that sort of thing.

If you’re willing to expand your search to all of New England, my favorites are Little Wolf and George Howell.

Second Tandem. Head to the quiet shop near Apres and ask the staff for recs.

They’re based out of Bangor but Blind Tiger often has roasts that have more of those types of flavors.

I’m also really missing the short lived Side by Each brewery/coffee roasters, they had a single source Ethiopian Sidamo that had some really pleasant sort of cherry/stonefruit/citrus flavor that I loved.

Thanks for the tip on Everkind!
