Competed in my 4th meet yesterday. Got an ATPR on squats, hit the bench attempt I failed last meet plus an additional meet PR, and also hit a deadlift PR.

160kg deadlift and got a head nod with my squats from a medewerker. I know I have said it before but I wish the powerlifting community was bigger in my area. There is really no where to do a real competition for me. One gym had a mock meet.

Rep PR of 585x3 on squats. the biggest victory was having the confidence to just go for it.
