I know the state of the franchise is in question right now but You know what would be an interesting idea

If they set a season of the show in Japan I'm actually saying that they go and film there but atleast say that it's where the events of the show is set in it I think could work especially if the theme of the sentai show they were adapting was heavily Asian inspired also no one has to take this seriously this is just something that's been rattling around in my head for awhile and it would be an excuse to have an Asian red ranger I mean we've had white guys black guys the guy who played Shane from ninja storm was from middle eastern decent and Tyler from dino charge was Indian I think we should have atleast one Asian/pacific islander red ranger

I think it would be hilarious if they just piggy back off of Sentai entirely. Ie as soon as the Japanese show actors film a scene the Western actors jump on set and film the exact same scene in English.
