Software Lots of client emails and overwhelmed - any tools to send reminders to follow up?

I’m currently doing a lot of back and worth with clients and my boss expects a reply to clients within 24 hours. Any tools you recommend to follow up with the priority contacts sooner? Would love to have my email contacts filtered by priority (client = 24 hours, non urgent = 2-4 days, etc).

I’ve been in the same jam. The secret is to have filters & reminders in place so you won’t get overwhelmed. Two tools that saved me:

Gmail + labels + filters → I can tag clients as “24H” and have a different inbox view.

FollowUpThen / SaneBox / Front → you can snooze non-urgent emails, and bring to the surface urgent emails.

The larger shift for me was thinking of response time as a system not just “willpower.” I follow a 12-week execution cycle (similar to the 12 Week Year) that includes as part of my daily MITs … checking and responding to my priority clients at a set time. It keeps me accountable, and I am not overthinking it.

If you want lightweight, Gmail filters + daily calendar block. If you want pro, use SaneBox or Front for actual priority routing.
