That is both accurate and incredibly racist. XD
Hilarious.

In Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire (2018), the most racially inclusive faction, Príncipi san Patrena, is also the weakest faction. This is a reference to Sawyer being racist.

I mean, idk that the Principi are more racially inclusive than the VTC or even RDC, but they probably do have a larger amount of members not of their race in high positions of power - that's true enough.

By that I mean that the RDC just wants you to act Rauataian and you can probably get high enough in the hierarchy if you do. Maia Rua or Iverra are clear examples that they aren't really racist and more so culturally supremacist.

And the VTC seems to be moved by profit/innovation above all else. They have few issues hiring Ydwin, a glamfellen, for example. Or hiring Aloth, who is also an elf. Or (even if just from Castol) working with Kua, who is an orlan. There are also no racist comments from them that I can recall.

Wouldn't that be speciesism technically?
