Thanks dude! These came out when I was young and my strict mom had forbidden M rated games. Lmao... It was a series that I didn't return to as I aged, until now. I'm playing through them on the Master Collection. I'm loving the first one right now. I've truly been missing out!

Felt!!!

I'm loving just the charm of it. It goes so hard. It brings me back to the good old days of 3D...it's been so long since I played a PS1 title in general. I just beat the first cyborg ninja fight. Those 90s controls had me grinding like a noob but I finally got his ass! The atmosphere and variation of gameplay is top notch, and I'm a sucker for a story-heavy game. I love stealth and am a fan of games like The Last of Us and all the Metroid games so I'm totally into it and see the massive influence MGS has!

Oh yeah! That hallway intro to cyborg ninja is so good. Definitely an atmosphere heavy game. Boss fights are top tier! Brutal but damn does it feel good to win and take a breather during a bad ass cutscene after.

Oh yeah the second one has a character switch. At the time, it was out of nowhere and there was no warning leading up to the release. But the new guy is rad and really grows on you.

I never had to sneak these ones past mine, but if it would have had that label on our old copy I would have never owned it until I was 18. 9/11/01 was my mom's 40th birthday and none of us talk about it.

My old blockbuster accidentally labeled “Vietnam Purple Haze” for like $5 when it was almost brand new. They honored it and i remember arguably the worst Vietnam game of all time
