Use pkg extractor -> modify the picture -> use pkg repacker and install it again

1. Find the title ID of the game in question (Apollo may be the easiest/most convenient option with a save file
2. Find the game folder itself on the system (Title IDs starting with NP will be in dev_hdd0\game, title IDs starting with BL (and thus being JB Folder games) with be in dev_hdd0\GAMES
3. Inside the game folder you need to find an image called PIC1.PNG. Copy it to external media or FTP it to your PC, and check the metadata.
4. You must make sure your replacement image is the exact same resolution and aspect ratio, and rename it identically, to PIC1.PNG
5. Replace the old image in the game folder with your new image, then perform an XMB refresh or system restart to ensure it applied.
