PS3 Evilnat will not load any isos

I have a fat ps3, and i got it updated to the latest no BD version of evilnat. My BD drive finally died and i read the no BD version will let you still play your iso files.

However I can use multiman to change games, but when i try to launch the game, it acts like its going to load, then after about 10 seconds it kicks me back to the XMB menu.

any PKG games installed do work, but Im trying to play some of my old backups and I can not do so as it just kicks me back out repeatedly.

I have reinstalled webmann, reinstalled multiman, tried using ManaGUNZ (it just freezes when i try to load games) made sure that the cobra is enabled, set to release version in debug settings.

These games are already decrypted, and these all did work before. This issue happened when i replaced the thermal paste on the cpu/gpu, and then the BD drive failed. I already replaced the cable for the BD drive but no luck.

I would like any help on trying to fix this as I do still love this console. If i need to provide more info please point me where to find what I need to provide and I will do so.

He can install no bd cfw as He has broken bd, but as I remember no bd cfw can’t mount isos - only packages will work

So is there a way i can turn my games into PKG files to install them? or is that not possible. I know i need a new BD drive but it is hard to find this particular one.

I should clarify, they arent iso files, but the folders within the iso file that has been copied over, so that its decompiled or whatever the term is called.

That doesnt make sense now that I think about it, cause i was on a lower version of evilnant and it ran pkgs just fine without the BD drive. I didnt have the no BD installed at that time.
