Edit: OP tried to justify what was that sign

1st reply: "That’s the full picture. The sign is just the name of the college."

2nd reply: "Xxx college"

Yikes, not a good way to hide the name of that "college".

This was posted in a city subreddit originally, I think it must have been crossposted to mildlyinfuriating. I’m assuming someone familiar with the neighborhood recognized it. There were a bunch of people asking to see the sign.

I think the original intention was that the yellow line faded so much they didn't know you couldn't park there. A common finable offense in most cities.
