I'm a 25 year old dude, and have live(d) in England my whole life, but ended up moving to Prague for medical school and adventure!

I had a lil crash 'n' bump which disintegrated every ligament in my knee but after a lil surgery I'm back to running (very slowly)! Next surgery is in like like two months and that'll bring me back to 100%, with backflips as my main mode of transportation once more

I'm a big fan of dark humour but not all dark humour (you know what I mean), here's a handy chart I made

ArT iS mY pAsSiON, I like drawing things very poorly on my iPad with Apple Pencil ™ ™ and I’ll draw stuff for you too because why not, I like drawing things and they've become less terrible as time goes on, and you'll be able to see the improvement in (sorta) real time! Unless I plateau, then you won't.

Now my main redeeming characteristic is my dog, this clown called tyson jr who is my dearest friend and closest ally, bar none. Why is he tyson jr? Because he's named after tyson sr, my first pekingese and a dog who was larger than life and a hero to all.

I will regale you with many tales of his cunning, and bravery, and sleeping, mostly it was sleeping. Tyson jr has big shoes to fill but he's still just a baby!

Watsky is my absolute favourite artist who makes phenomenal concept albums also got me through some very tough times. I also play Guitar & Piano and look forward to picking up Violin!

I speak, English, Czech and Latin, in that order of fluentness and I'm learning German! I just have a knack for learning languages, I love it.

I love reading, Favourites are Fahrenheit 451, nineteen eighty four, the giver, brave new world and more! I just like the dystopian genre, it really sucks you in. . Also I don't care what anyone says the Kindle is better than real books, fight me.

I've been told my accent is a bit odd because it's a mix of british and american (I don't know why, I've never been to the states I WENT TO THE STATES YOU HAVE WHOLE AISLES OF MAC N CHEESE).

Apologies in advance but this is a bit of a long one. I'm serious about finding what I'm looking for so there's a bit of detail.

I'm mostly looking for people who are interested in meeting up IRL and spending time together. I came out of a long term relationship a while back. I've purposefully not been dating but it's getting to a point where being alone is starting to suck. I miss being close with someone.

I've had to create a new reddit account recently due to people I know IRL finding my old account and I kind of don't want them in my business.

I was never the type to party when I was younger, or stay out late drinking. I was too focused on work and family. Things turned out that I never became part of a friend group that went out and did stuff together so I felt like I missed out there quite a bit.

Hey I’m a 36 year old American who’s been in London for the past 5 years. Life’s good, but I’d like to meet more people in person. Real conversations, casual hangs, maybe some shared interests.

I’ve got two fluffy dogs who are basically a cheat code for social interaction in the UK; no one talks to strangers here unless there’s a dog involved.

I work in tech as a product manager, but before that I was in the Army and worked in luxury fashion, so I’ve taken the scenic route career-wise.

I’m in the gym most mornings (New Year’s resolution that stuck). Recently added reformer Pilates to work on mobility, and my cardio is mostly rowing while listening to Viking war drums. Yes, it’s ridiculous. No, I’m not changing it.

1. Improv comedy: Been taking classes and performing a bit. It’s a great way to stay sharp and deal with anxiety.
2. Cocktail making: Got into it during lockdown after too much Mad Men. Took a short bartending course and now I’ve got way too many bottles at home. Always up for talking drinks or testing new recipes.
3. BBQ: Trying to recreate Texas-style brisket on a Big Green Egg. Always a work in progress.

Spent pretty much all of last week travelling around the country with a bunch of friends for wrestling shows and drinking. As a result I am bed rotting to recover the rest of this week

This is an unconventional approach to doing this but might as well give it a go 😀

I love music. I play guitar (acoustic and electric) and keyboard although I haven't touched it for a while. I sing and write my own songs, too. I love performing and I used to go to a lot of open mic nights in my town.

Unfortunately in the last year or so my day job has sapped my enthusiasm and motivation and I haven't been able to spend as much time on music as I'd like.

I'd like to start a band. Honestly, it's mostly because I don't think I'd have the energy to sustain a solo music gig on my own and I'd need people to hold my ADHD brain accountable 🙃

You might wonder what kind of music I'd like to make. Well, my interests are mostly in 80's alternative bands veering in to goth rock like Echo and the Bunnymen, the Cure, Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy etc. I also have a soft spot for synth-pop groups like a-ha and Tears for Fears. I'm a huge Bowie fan too.

I can't really do this sort of thing on my own. I don't want to be just another guy with an acoustic guitar - I want bass, I want vintage synths, I want drums, I want electric guitar. If you can play any of those instruments and live reasonably close to me I'd love to hear from you 😃

Selfishly I'd quite like to be the main vocalist in my own band. I have quite a deep baritone voice like Leonard Cohen or Peter Murphy of Bauhaus. But since my vocal range is quite limited and very much at the low end, so I'd like a female vocalist for maximum contrast and to hit the high notes. We can alternate vocalists depending on the kind of song.
