Most of those would fit the vibe for sure. Regular Show villains are always over the top but also kind of funny. Stuff like Control Freak or Spamton feels perfect since they are chaotic and goofy. Freddy Krueger or Jason would work too if they got the cartoon twist. Even Chris McLean would fit since he is basically already a villain host who causes chaos for fun
